Released in 2016, “Flame” (Thai: Bpleo Fai, เปลวไฟ) marked a powerful return for the legendary Thai rock band Blackhead. Written as the theme song for the television drama Fai Rak Game Rohn (The Fire of Love, The Game of Passion), the track captures the emotional intensity of risking everything for love. Rather than relying on elaborate studio production, the band built the song around the emotional contrast between soaring melodies and a relentless rock groove, creating one of their strongest modern recordings.

Like many of Blackhead‘s songs, “Flame” was developed through the band’s collaborative writing process. Vocalist Poo Blackhead (Anon Saisangchan) worked with the other musicians to shape a song that would reflect the drama’s themes of dangerous love and emotional sacrifice.
